What is the difference between an Anchorage's
Serviced Residence and a Hotel?
The critical difference between Hotels and Serviced
Residences lies in the fact that Serviced Residences
are more comfortable as well as easier on the
pocket and are ideal for frequent travelers and
guests looking for lengthy stay. They provide
a more homely type atmosphere and are an ideal
alternative to expensive hotels.

Where are Anchorage's properties located?
Currently most of Anchorage's properties are
located in Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills area.
Locations have been carefully chosen to ensure
that properties are located in quiet and serene
locations close to restaurants, banks, public
transport, shops etc. Ample car parking space
is available.
Properties will soon be operational in Begumpet
/ Somajiguda area.
Anchorage has plans to start operations in Pune,
Delhi and Gurgaon in the near future.

The rooms / apartments / villas are available
on daily / weekly / monthly / yearly basis.

What are the sizes of the various units?
Anchorage's portfolio of properties includes
2 / 3 roomed apartments, 3 to 6 roomed villas.
It is operating with a collection of 24 rooms
currently which will soon ramp up to about 50
rooms. The size of the properties ranges from
1,400 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft.
